Appointments
We recommend you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. All treatments are competed as scheduled, so please be aware if you are late, your treatment will end on time so the next client is not left waiting.

Cancellations
We understand that sometimes it’s necessary for you to change your appointment. In consideration for others we require 24 hours notice if you wish to change or cancel.

If less than 24 hours notice is given a 50% cancellation fee maybe be charged. If no notice is given you will be charged the full price of the missed treatment.
